A BILL to repeal §51-8-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to distribution of West Virginia reports.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

§1. Repeal of section providing for distribution of West Virginia reports.

That §51-8-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal W. Va. Code §51-8-5 providing for distribution of West Virginia reports.
